1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your use of the MSU Institute website ("Service") provided by MSU Institute ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). 4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Service, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service, or the information, content, materials, or products included in the Service. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

11. Modifications

We may revise this Agreement from time to time, and the most current version will always be posted on our website. If a revision, in our sole discretion, is material we will notify you. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

12. Miscellaneous

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. You may not assign this Agreement or your rights and obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, to any third party without our prior written consent, and any attempted assignment without such consent will be null and void.

This Agreement does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship, and you may not make any representations on our behalf.

The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
