As an interpreter
- •For the last 10 years, I worked with 8 language service providers (LSPs) as an OPI (Over-the-Phone Interpreter) and a VRI (Video Remote Interpreter), providing specialized interpretation services across diverse industries, including customer service, finance, healthcare, and legal.
- •I am still actively working as an interpreter on a daily basis!
As an instructor/trainer
- •I worked as an Interpreter Trainer at Language Line Solutions (via Kelly Services in Canada), training hundreds of new interpreters. Now, I continue to train more prospective interpreters privately at MSU Institute.
- •I am currently working as a Lead Instructor for the Business Translation and Interpretation (Korean) course at Glenn College in Vancouver, Canada.
As a Subject Matter Expert
- •I collaborate with multiple language service providers such as a Quality Assurance Language Specialist, where I monitor live and recorded calls to evaluate interpreter performance and ensure linguistic quality meets industry standards.
