Rosetta MIPCP is a course, designed exclusively for interpreters working with our partner company, Rosetta Languages. If you are not with Rosetta Languages, you should purchase the original MIPCP.
Yes, absolutely! The MIPCP is language-neutral and delivered in English only, which aligns with NBCMI and CCHI's requirements. It focuses on the fundamental concepts and knowledge of interpreting, which can be applied to any language pair, assuming you already have sufficient language proficiency in both languages. As a trainer who has successfully trained hundreds of interpreters speaking over 20 different languages, I confirm it is absolutely possible to learn the basics of interpreting without focusing on the languages themselves!
No, discounts are never offered and there will never be any "promotions" where you will see a lower price in the future. A full refund (minus the approximately 4% Stripe processing fee, subject to change) is offered within one year of the purchase date with no questions asked, as long as your certificate has not been issued. No refund is issued if the certificate has been issued or if one year has passed since the purchase.
No, completion of this course makes you "qualified," not "certified." You must take and pass exams at a certifying organization (like NBCMI or CCHI) to be certified. The course certificate meets the training requirement for those exams.
No, there is technically no failing this course, since you have unlimited attempts for all quizzes and practice exams. It just takes time and effort!

Yes, you can! Your location does not matter as the course can be purchased and accessed anywhere in the world. However, if your goal is to be certified through NBCMI or CCHI, your location might matter depending on which certification you are going for. Yes, but please note that becoming an interpreter generally requires strong proficiency in listening, reading, writing, and speaking both English and your target language. Not sure if your English is good enough? Try watching the lecture videos on my YouTube channel for free and see if you can understand the lecture materials!

Both exams follow the NBCMI written exam format but contain different questions. Practice Exam #2 includes more difficult "medical knowledge" questions than Practice Exam #1. There is no way of knowing how difficult the actual exam is, but if you are able to comfortably pass both #1 and #2, I believe you will most likely do just fine for your written exam.
